Key Findings from Fall 2015 omniVu survey:
- Most Canadians say they are most likely to notice and then pay attention to advertising on TV.
- Television ads beat out all other video media as the advertising Canadians are “most likely to watch”. Video ads on a phone were LEAST likely to be watched.
- Canadians overwhelmingly picked TV advertising as the most INFLUENTIAL form of advertising; almost 8 times more than social media and online video on a desktop/laptop computer.
- Furthermore, mobile advertising ties for last when it came to advertising “you pay the most attention to” and advertising that is “most influential”.
